Most of what is known about Creatine is in fact theory - so what is it & how does it work?
In your body you have a compound called ATP (adenosine tri-phosphate - basically it is an energy containing compound) that the body can very quickly get energy from . You have other sources of energy such as carbohydrates and fat - but they take longer to convert into a useable energy source. ATP is fast!
